I ususally attend an English speaking club on every Saturday afternoon.
We talk about various topics such as social problems, daily lives and anything that we are
interested in.
Today’s topic was the differnt reactons between Japan and Germany after Fukushima disaster.
Stefan who joined a party at my home chaired about the topic and discussed together.
We shared interesting time with him.

study とlearnも同じようで、ちょっとニュアンスが違うようですね。
study → 時間を費やして勉強する。
learn → 勉強して身につける。
ちょっと、これだけではわかりにくいけど
このフレーズでピンとくるかもです。
He studied English at school, but never did learn it.
「彼は英語を学校で勉強したが、全然身につかなかった。」
そう、ならないようがんばりまっしょ！
will とbe going to の違いは、時々ごっちゃになってしまうので
もう一度、改めてきちんと理解しておきましょう～
will → その場で決めた意思
be going to → 事前に決めていた意思
例 ①
I will join the party. 「私は、（その）パーティーに参加します。」
I am going to to join the party. 「私は、（その）パーティーに参加するつもりです。」
例 ②
It will rain tonight. 「今夜、雨が降るでしょう。」
It is going to rain tongiht. 「今夜、雨が降りそうです。」

よく使うのが

これは、Let me introduce myself to you、の to you が省略された形ですね。
AにBを紹介するの順番は、ちきんと守らないといけませんね。

＊ sort は kind と同じように使われます。

大学時代に１０か月留学したオクラホマ州のOBU Oklahoma Baptist University
という大学のチャペルです。
オクラホマは、先週未曽有の竜巻にみまわれ
OBUのある街、Shawneeもかなり被害がでたようでした。
